Description

Grapes: Syrah 100%

Soil type: medium clayey mixture.

Training system: spurred cordon.

Harvest: first ten days of September grapes harvested by hand.

Vinification: destemming, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 14 days at a controlled temperature, racking, short aging in cement tanks and in bottles.

Organoleptic characteristics:

View: intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Nose: intense aroma of ripe red fruit, menthol notes and sweet spices that give it great complexity.
Taste: soft, broad and enveloping, rich and balanced. A savory wine, with personality and pleasant to drink.
