Caeles Grillo DOC Sicilia biologico

Caeles Grillo is a pure wine of Grillo grapes grown on the Borgo Guarini estate, in the Trapani countryside. Certified organic and vegan, it is born in a very particular cru characterized by a basically silty soil that gives a feeling of greasiness between the fingers. Caeles Grillo, interpreting the multifaceted terroir of Borgo Guarini, looks like a white with a marked sapidity with an intense straw yellow color and an acidic shoulder that gives immediate elegance. The bouquet is complex and with a strong personality thanks to the aromatic contribution of thiols, aromatic precursors of this grape and responsible for those fresh and exotic fragrances, such as pink grapefruit and passion fruit, which are immediately perceived in the glass together with nuances of Mediterranean scrub. A clear, vertical wine, able to overcome any prejudices of consumers on possible defects in organic wines.

Tasting Notes:

COLOR Brilliant and luminous straw yellow.

SMELL The nose is immediately presented with delicate floral scents and then gives way to citrus notes and elegant hints of exotic fruit.

PALATE In the mouth it is fresh and round, with an excellent balance between freshness and flavor, excellent persistence.
