Chardonnay, Inzolia and Viognier, an intriguing blend of white grapes which, in combination, give life to a complex and enveloping expression that enhances an entirely Sicilian fruit, rich in aromas and scents. It is the aromatic varieties of Western Sicily that bring their fragrances as a dowry, merging into a plot of scents of captivating pleasure. The fresh fruit and the balsamic scents of the zolia are complemented by the memory of the dried flowers of the cricket against the background of notes of jasmine, apricot, peach and honeysuckle brought by Viognier. In the glass this blend surprises for its delicate softness and interesting minerality, an important balance obtained upstream, conceived and desired from the vineyard, through an agronomic management attentive to the needs of each individual plant, to the ventilated exposure of the soft slopes of the Borgo Guarini estate, located in the heart of the Trapani countryside. A white of undeniable pleasantness, designed to fall in love with the palates of the most passionate winelovers.

Tasting Notes:

COLOR Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

SMELL The nose is expressed with predominant tropical notes and white pulp fruit, with light citrus nuances.

PALATE Enveloping, savory, with good persistence and with a strong personality.
