It seduces the nose with mint, chocolate and eucalyptus, while the fruit is already launched in an evolution with a pot pourri intertwined with spices as the background. One cannot help but linger with the nose on the rim of the glass since the complexity that develops is so refined that it offers glimpses of alpine herbs, ripe red fruit, spices and flowers. After a few minutes the hints are outlined with more precision, gaining depth. The olfactory balance that is enriched with mineral nuances adds further suggestions of roses, violets and irises. The body is impressive, but in the mouth it flows with extreme finesse, aided by a good freshness that runs through the wine from beginning to end, with peaks of flavor that emerge at times. The tannins are bursting, fine and well distributed between floral and blueberry returns.
